A few years ago I had a new dress that I wore to a wedding without even thinking about it. The dress was white. It literally never crossed my mind that I shouldn't do it, but one day, years later, I randomly had the epiphany and now every time I think about that day I feel shame. I bet that bride (someone I met maybe once before going to the wedding) hates me and only refers to me as "the woman who wore white to my wedding" if I ever come up in conversation. I promise I didn't mean to! 😅🫣
