I've had @BCBSofAlabama insurance through my university job since 2017. Today I went to a pharmacy (not my regular) to get a flu shot. They said records indicate my coverage expired in 2023. It hasn't. This is the FOURTH TIME in 6 months this has happened. 3 times it was "fixed." I'm tired of this.

一小時內	Barbara Pendergast-Thomas bjpnascar3	Did the member ID change at all or possibly the group number? Maybe even the RX bin number. I work with insurance all day everyday in the emergency room and insurance will deny for something as stupid as the middle initial being there or not.

一天內	Kelly S. kellyannpt	Each state has a Department of Insurance. Cigna was verifying Rx coverage on my kids only 3 years after it ended. Every year multiple calls, lots of time, lots of employer blaming insurance, and vice versa. I reported them, got a call and they figured it out on their end really quick.
