And interestingly enough the CEO who was under fire from the board for ‘sabotage’ had personal stake in the company that owned almost allproperties where stores were located, which means that he made millions from the company failing because he was able to sell antiquated properties. Eddie Lampart (former CEO) was sued by Sears for $175M recently, and previously kidnapped like 20 years ago for something else
