Expired ir expiring. E visa is actually known every immigration globally. Pwro ung expired card definitely not. My kid is travelling alone comung back but using her evisa. Card is not expired and was n problem at all.

Update: Someone I know has his flight today from NAIA. He said even airlines hindi alam about evisa but good thing immigration unti unti ng alam about evisa. Hopefully the shift of brp to evisa will be spread, sa dami ba naman ng mga marites sa Pilipinas. 🤣

Did your friend apply for the eVisa? If she did, then she will be able show the IO a sharecode that will prove her immigration status in UK.

Actually, nakakairita ung ibang IO na hindi aware nga sa ibang documents na prinesent sakanila. Kulang na kulang sila sa training sa totoo lang. Sayang yung alloted budget for their continuous improvement

Email Bureau of Immigration and drag them! That’s what I did when IO misbehaved and bullied us whilst it is their eTravel isn’t working properly. I’ve escalated the situation!

Ano ba ang mangyayari kung ma-offload pero fault naman ni IO dahil hindi nya alam ang policy sa UK? Paano yung flights, rebook or refund for free?
