Oh, it's definitely not just my dad. His father was a strict vegetarian who kept a journal of all his bathroom activity and took a 45 minute walk every day no matter what was going on. He found my sister and I highly disruptive when we visited.

I think my grandma had a brother who went to Chicago back in the day and then hightailed it back to Sweden because it was "too violent". I need to ask my mum if she knows WHEN he went, because the Prohibition era is now a Special Interest™ of mine, and it would be so cool if it was in the 1920s/30s! 😅 (That side of the family definitely has plenty of ND peeps.)

Okay because I relate to that! I’m in auto body and yet can’t cope with things, even just dust, under my nails or visibly in the air around me. I can’t deal with smells, even the smell of the air coming out the air line (which smells the same as any other air, according to anyone else). They’re about to make us wear overalls like it’s the 1950s and I just know I won’t feel right in them.
