Can I ask how you were diagnosed? Is this something you asked your doctor about or something a doctor initiated? There have been homes for years about me being adhd and I don’t know if I am or if a diagnosis would help anything. Not sure I want to take one more medication if it’s prescribed (which may sound weird and anti-science, but I have asthma and type 2 diabetes and depression and am on a lot of meds already). Appreciate any response.
