BAEC (@british_airways) decided to implement MFA to log in - only with Authenticator (if you were sent instructions to set up) or Phone Text (with the oldest number on file, even tho it is not the current active mobile number you've set)
Contacted support a month back - set 3 cases to
1. update my contact number
2. remove MFA
3. unlock account
They gave me temporary access (5mins) by resetting my password.
Nothing's progressed, contacted BAEC, they resent the request now again...
