I cut them out of my life if they said something unnecessarily rude/hurtful, but if it’s criticism about something you’re doing, you gotta be upset with yourself, not them. It’s easier to forgive yourself.

You gotta think about how much control a person has over you and how less of control you have on yourself . Are you strong or weak? Why is what someone said so powerful that you cant stop it from effecting you ? Once you look at it like this , less things will affect you . Let that shit go , fuck ‘em.
