This is my trainee, kak wadi started training proper strength training at 60yo beginning days we only dealift at 10kg, now at 64 yo we’re at 102.5kg at BW 57kg. So please ladies don’t fear-mongering with strength training. Kak wadi also diagnosed with osteo. Proper programming help you to be capable even though you have medical limitation. Ok @kakwadi60 115kg ok in 2025 😊
