This person moved to NY from England, has a limited perspective on NYC landlords and thinks she speaks for all NYers experiences. As a landlord she’s exactly who I talked about in my OP. I’m sorry but if you haven’t lived here for decades AS A RENTER and if you haven’t actually taken the time to understand how NY renters have suffered under slumlords nor how they’ve been strategically pushed out of their homes - you don’t get to cap for landlords on my threads.
