Call me crazy, but maybe someone who has such little control over the positioning of their vehicle shouldn't be licensed to operate such a deadly vehicle, with such front blind spots. Yes, this is during the walk phase of the intersection. Oh, for MA to legalize red light cameras, so maybe next time he'll get a nice fine in the mail.
