When I flew to my wedding, I flew Southwest, so no first class closet, but one of the pilots who saw me in the gate area took my dress and hung it up in the cockpit for the flight!

I flew with Air France to Brazil for my wedding and they put my dress on a first class closet and during the flight they gave me a “certificate”, a handmade bracelet and a notebook. Nothing big really, no champagne or anything, but sweet nonetheless. I was super happy that they were taking care of my dress and for me that was enough.
