I wouldn’t call myself a people pleaser but I’m guilty of dimming my light for the sake of others. I often don’t want to overstep or be ostracized for being and knowing that I’m powerful. But next year, I choose to be the sun, because the sun doesn’t concern itself with how bright it burns, it just shines.
