Let's talk about it... my grandmother gave it to me and my cousins every other Sunday. WE spent our summers in NC with her. We LATCHKEY kids but when it came to summers, there will be staying in the house by yourselves all day while we're at work... the Sundays in between, she gave us a tsp. of Cream of Tartar (potassium bicarbonate, you can find it in the Bakers isle) it cleans the blood. I give it to my kids now. They take it every Sunday. I take it everyday.
