i think the sample size for chinese and westerners might be too small… (or the category too broad) at least people in the southern side would definitely wash their hair every day bc of the hot weather

I am Japanese, born and raised in Japan, currently living in Texas, US. I think water type has something to do with it, too. Soon after I moved to Texas, my scalp was in such a bad condition. I asked around and was in a huge culture shock when I was told not to wash my hair everyday😂 I reluctantly stopped. And my hair situation got better. Texas=hard water, Japan=soft water.
