He would always make fun of my nose and my ears calling them big but disguising it as a joke. He would tell me I was taking it too seriously when I would get upset. I eventually believed I was overreacting and started making fun of myself. It got to the point where I wanted a nose job. He was eroding my self confidence little by little.

6 小時內	Shawn shawn_41tp	That kind of behavior is so damaging, especially when it’s disguised as ‘jokes.’ No one should make you feel bad about yourself or erode your confidence like that. It’s not overreacting to want to be treated with respect and kindness. I hope you know now that there’s nothing wrong with your nose or ears, and you are beautiful just as you are. Healing from that kind of experience takes time, but you deserve to feel confident and loved for who you are.
