For me I like to listen to the Bible they got apps where someone is reading it to you and just replay it over and over like a ya favorite song. The Holy Spirit brings Scripture back to memory!

I have ADHD so working memory isn’t the best but here’s 4 things I do… 1. I turn verses into songs 2. I write them out using my favourite pens and draw doodles linked to words or phrases 3. I use a digital image with the verse and save the image as my screensaver (so great when someone picks up my phone and gets intrigued by what it says) 4. When I learn a new verse I share it with family, friends and colleagues… relating it to real life contexts makes the Word relatable and more likely to stick
