Fun fact, some types of fungi can have hundreds or even thousands of different sexes, so there's a decent chance that Toads as a race don't really follow a true binary sex system like humans, if you consider it scientifically. But yeah, there's other female Toads, but they seem to primarily be in the Paper Mario series.
