I wish bookstores were open late on New Year’s Eve so we could come in our joggers and sweatshirts and be with other bookish people to ring in the year with our favorite books and cozy chill vibes 🥹

NYE (or any day with fireworks) can be so stressful to animals, especially those in shelters. Get in your comfiest fit, grab your favorite “read out loud”, and spend the evening with shelter dogs!
