Ending my 2024 season by overcoming one of my fear; trying Pilates for the first time. As a plus sized girl, I always have this endless doubt of myself either I can do it or not. But after months of contemplating, finally I have the courage to try it yesterday and mannn, it’s indeed not easy! But alhamdulillah I did it, although clumsily & still clueless hahaha! Looking forward to try it again soon. Najlaa, you can do this! Wuhoo!
