How about being a helper here on Threads? I've love this quote from Mr. Rogers: "When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, 'Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.' " What if you took 5 minutes (as I just did) and scroll for folks sharing their challenges and difficulties, their aches and pains, and simply say a few kind, compassionate words. Not to fix, but to comfort, soothe, empower and encourage them. Be a helper!
