一小時內	Bernadette Vasquez Higgins higginsadventures	I totally understand that. but I believe what is actually being stated is that people will request one to board early to get a better seat on Southwest. However, when the plane lands and there are 10 plus empty wheelchairs you know that they didn’t really need that chair after all. Just gaming the system.
