For me, season 1 was more abt thrill, while season 2 was much more intriguing in terms of plot depth. S2 requires you to read more between the lines, which is why the more I analyze each character & scenes, the more I like it. And the MC making wrong decisions is precisely the point. He's an extremely flawed character who's surely not the brightest nor the most capable, yet wants revenge, get "justice", speaks righteously but doesn't mind sacrificing some good guys for his bigger plan.
