I'm a CPA, work corporate & a major problem for us is various scams. As someone who is a regular 🎯 of various scams, this has 🚩🚩🚩🚩. If you haven't already, contact the new Co via 📱, using contact details you obtained independently of the letter you received & verify the change verbally, then demand notification per your rental contact, ESPECIALLY when it comes to change of payment details. Do not ever, ever rely on any non contractual notifications or contact details for this.
