Not even just immigrants. Last week I saw him bragging about not caring if people are here legally or not which, if you read between the lines, he is saying they will do massive lock ups of black and brown people. I am guessing they will target poor neighborhoods and areas first to see how it goes. They are already using robot surveillance in poor areas in Atlanta and I am sure elsewhere.
