You should start a business where you pay people a “livable” wage where they would normally make much lower, that way we can all see ow it’s done. I guarantee you will have no shortage of workers, so it should take off no problem! Right?

You deserve a wage proportional to your output. It costs a company twice an employee's gross pay to provide a job. If you're not producing at least 3x the profit it costs to employ you, your job will not exist. If a business owner can't make better than 11% profit margin on every dollar invested in their business, they're better off closing the business and putting their money in the S&P 500 where they will get an average 11% return with little risk and no headache.
