Took the doggie to our vet yesterday. He basically didn't agree with anything the emergency vet said so that was fun. He said that a gradual overdose is not possible in this situation because he's been on the new dose for a couple months now. He's not really sure what happened or why it happened. So we are gradually increasing his insulin again, starting at 12 working back up to 20 where he was. His sugar was super high yesterday so he's back to 'normal' for him. Gonna be a long few weeks
