It's you genuinely thinking that the people working at counter in a store or anywhere near an equivalent to the responsibility of the CEO. I won't say that person doesn't make too much but you're comparing apples to oranges

Goodwill is not a charity is a scam. Executives get paid millions while they hire the disabled at “disabled pay rate “ which in the US can be as low as $3hr and it’s legal ! 🤦‍♂️ it’s “indentured servant” labor on the backs of the disabled. They have a whole team of blind people being exploited cause they can’t find jobs anywhere else !

In 2020: $469,247: Steven C Preston, CEO $318,747: David Eagles, COO. 🚩It also notes that ONLY 42 people out of EVERYONE employed make over 100k a year. So yeah Goodwill is just another scam

Online it notes that of EVERY SINGLE PERSON employed by Goodwill ONLY 42 people make over 100k . And you can get that's the CEO and crew. Pathetic.

I worked at a Goodwill and the district CEO came in wearing an $800 ferragamo belt talking how we can increase sales. I made less than one belt in a 2 week pay period.
