So many of my co-workers say they feel guilty and don’t want to use their time off because they don’t want to “let the team down.” I tell them it’s their time so they should take it, and not having enough people to cover isn’t their fault. Some of them will get online to do a few things when off and I tell them to “log the fuck off and take their time.” When I’m off, I make myself inaccessible.
