I'm reminded of the difference between Scotland and the United States. A few years ago a guy , angry at being thrown out of a pub returned and brandished a gun . This annoyed the bouncer so much he beat the crap out of the gunman . During the disturbance a guy came out of the pub for a smoke oblivious to the whole situation. All on video .
