The worst part of being a teacher is that you can have bad admins early in your career who are the most discouraging, and no matter how much you improve as a teacher, or how good your evaluations are in the future, you still feel like you’re one misstep from things crashing down on you. Even if you do nothing wrong. This type of stress never seems to go away, either.
