If you’d told me as a kid that a Korean show would one day be among the most popular in the U.S., I wouldn’t have believed you. I remember trying to hide my Korean-ness because back then Korean culture wasn’t considered cool. Seeing the global rise of Korean entertainment and culture is incredible SquidGame2

On returning from my recent first trip to Korea, I asked the Korean man in the seat next to me where he was going ( in my rudimentary Korean), and he was SHOCKED that this old white haired Caucasian American woman was addressing him in Korean! 😀
