Last interview of 2024 and they want me to be a rockstar developer, architect, UI/UX, tester, deployment, project management, work 5 days a week in office, and finish a complex website by myself with no standards in place by end of Q1 2025 for a small business. And to top it off, the owner is the from the same company of an interviewer who ghosted me last week.... Is that a reasonable request? Or am I shit developer for saying how we need to plan before throwing out an arbitrary deadline?
