I've stayed with Costco Membership because they had a good reputation for taking care of their employees. Even though I use it mainly online and dread going into one unless it's after 7 pm, I have always kept my membership because they have a great corporate culture. So now that I'm hearing their stance on DEI reinforces my resolve to stick with them for my warehouse club of choice.
