8 小時內	🥀Rain🥀 chonkyasshoe	I haven’t had a single therapist who has said I need to “blame myself” Get a better therapist if possible is my only advice, maybe even find one of the same gender if that helps your path to better understanding. Therapy is supposed to help you not blame you and it should work for you not just for the therapist
