There is the argument that charges were never brought forward. So legally, hes in the clear. Morally on the other hand, hes as guilty as hell. And everyone knows this. I think Utd did the right think by getting rid of him. Having him in the team would have added to the problems they've already got. Plus he's not that good anyway
