Does anyone have any tips to save money in New York City? We booked our flight/hotel but now looking for all the suggestions you can give as it will be our first time visiting ☺️ 2 adults, a teen boy, and a 3 year old boy. BudgetTravel

一小時內	Howard Kate kaska_how	Take a free ferry to Staten Island and see the Statue of Liberty that way. There and back in about an hour. Joes pizza is not that good, there are better options. There is a deal where you can see several attractions for cheaper, just research online. Take Subway or walk, and BTW you will have to pay if you take airtrain to/from the airport it's $8.50 each way
一小時內	Katy katyh1969	We walk a lot in NYC. There is so much to see. We love seeing all the spots that were in movies. Macy’s, Statue of Liberty, the Plaza hotel, Central Park, 5th Ave. Enjoy your trip.
一小時內	Isaia igmazzei	Food carts are the best option for budget conscious people. Look for long line ups. This guarantees you of freshness. Try Halal Guys food cart. Simply awesome. Also, try the local bagel shops, they make great sandwiches.

Staten Island Ferry to see the Statue of Liberty; New York Public Library for architecture and a cool museum exhibit; walking around Central Park, the Highline, or across the Brooklyn Bridge. What time of year are you going?

Get Broadway shows at half price. Check out Bryant park- go to the south street seaport and go to battery park city . Also, can take an inexpensive ferry ride for under 3 dollars from NYC to Dumbo Brooklyn, LIC or Astoria.
