一小時內	Jean-Pierre Lucien vinny4792	Supply and demand. A lot of people are tying to be sigma lone-wolf, therefore the price is high. Get together with friends and family, find two to three roommates and get a 3-4+ bedroom. It’s cheaper that way and it makes sense.
一小時內	neelotpalosaurus	State it properly: that $1800 studio is in a desirable part of the city. PERIOD. Surely there are studios at lower price points in less desirable areas. You just don’t want to move there, but that’s a strictly you problem.
