How about we teach people to drive more responsibly and have harsher laws for driving intoxicated and not obeying traffic laws? 6 months suspension of your license for running a red light or not coming to a complete stop might help. Teaching people more responsibility with firearms and changing a couple of laws ( I didn't say ban ) would help.
