When I was going through my healing phase, my husband & I were friends at the time, but he always reminded me to watch the way I speak to myself, that words are very powerful, & he had no idea that this gesture was the beginnng of the shift. Now he reminds me of how my conversation is changing for the better & reassures me every chance he gets & I do the absolute same. I love this man with every fiber in me.
