One observation which I have no idea what to do with and has always puzzled me: there is an odd correlation between mathematics and ‘being human’. Or so I am stupid enough to consider….take the words we use to describe the ‘number systems’: Natural Whole Integer Rational Irrational Real Imaginary Notice that each word ‘maps’ to a dimension of human experience. I dont know what to do with this really…you might suggest Integer is one that doesnt fit, until you consider the word Integrity

18 小時內	Corey Florucci corey91vtvtvtvt	Language is tricky. The deeper you go into any study; science, physics, mathematics, neuroscience, biology etc. You run into misused language constantly. Language casually works well as a general outline to what you want to say. In science, it can often be a hindrance. We try to take the language of our daily lives and apply them to science and it only obfuacates and blurs a concrete theory. Be careful when trying to cross lines between your daily language and science or mathematics.
