It’s depressing to say it on New Years but everyone should literally be preparing in case the H5N1 bird flu goes pandemic this year. It seems like the emergency sirens are blaring everywhere that it’s only a couple mutations away from achieving human-to-human transmission. This would be orders of magnitude worse than COVID if it does.
