But to be honest in America you’re lucky when your company agrees to accommodations. No legal requirement for them to do it. My web company was extremely nice about it…no big deal

💯 It’s a disability which most don’t even know and the issue is like Troy here was mentioning, the verbiage in ADA mandates and laws leave a lot of room for interpretation and unfortunately there’s no protection of the little guy in our society. At least not yet. We just have to keep pushing. I’m hopeful that our collective efforts will be fruitful for future generations.

Absolutely. I got fired because I was drowning in work and didn’t know I had adhd, so they just thought I couldn’t cut it
