My advice is be honest...with yourself, your doctor, your dietician, GLP-1 provider, etc....about your eating habits, weight, medical symptoms, emotional well being, etc. You won't be successful if you don't put everything on the table. Once you start on whatever path you choose to take, be kind to yourself...there will be victories and there will be set backs....just stay committed. Above all, remember YOU ARE WORTHY.💕
