Why do people keep chasing the hitter?? I never understood that. Once you have their plate number, stop & call the cops... let them get the hit & run! If it's not the owner, they'll surely snitch with the threat of criminal charges. If they're really dumb, they'll get caught & arrested on the road. At the least they get a charge & owe you restitution, if no insurance. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Chasing them not only gives them an out if they stop, but it puts you in the crosshairs of an arguably unbalanced person.
