BREAKING: According to reports, at least 10 people were killed and 35 injured after a vehicle crashed into crowds on Bourbon Street in the early hours of New Year's Day. The criminal purposely drove through the crowd, exited his truck and began shooting. He was killed at the site. Most of the victims have been identified as locals, not tourists.The incident occurred following celebrations near New Orleans historic centre, the French Quarter. This crap needs to end. 💔 NewOrleans
