I learned a lot about people a couple of days ago when I made my first post here that left me vulnerable. Some supportive people commented, but some really negative people commented as well. I understand that the same will likely happen again, but I don't care. I was sick from 2020 through the first few months of 2024. The illness left me with a 60 pound weight loss, but it also left me without any strength or muscle tone. God got me out of bed and helped me get strong again. grateful
