It still surprises me how people believe this “ISH” the scout wants to lower his value, so that they can potentially have the option to get him with their pick (if his value drops) anyways, rarely if ever listen to ANYTHING a scout says in situations like this. They have a vested interest in said player dropping as far down the draft board as much as possible.
