So UK nurses need to wait nearly a year to be employed as bank staff, but NHS happly employs foreign nurses. Where is sense in that?

Thank you...i live in the states born in uk and i have been saying this....and people dont understand how fast paced it is plus the safety...my husband wants to come to so got to do a visa for him...but schools are better for the children and that is a big reason why im leaving...over in states too much pressure on the kiddos
