I just truly don’t understand why fast food employees in NYC don’t know how to do their jobs. Literally every single time I order Uber eats, something is incorrect or missing. I’m not exaggerating, it’s every single time. And ubereats won’t refund it so I end up paying for shit I never receive. It’s the worst customer service out there, and they have too much trust in the merchants. I need a class action lawsuit to happen lol
